Job Responsibilities:
1. Contacted and arranged the shipment of customers according to the power of attorney provided by sales/customer service;
2. Arrange space booking according to the requirements of ship card;
3. Arranged the customers to make the container declaration plan and informed the fleet and the customs declaration agency;
4. Document making: bill of lading making /AMS.ACI sending /ISF sending;
5. Made and sent expense bills;
6. Issue and send the bill of lading to the customer after confirmation of payment;
7. Keep timely operation information communication with customers/sales/business Windows;
8. Complete various operations according to system requirements;
9. Timely communicate with superiors about problems encountered in operation so that superiors can implement countermeasures;
10. Completed other related work assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, English reading and writing ok;
2. More than 2 years working experience in US/Canada line or Europe line is preferred;
3. Positive working attitude, good conduct, careful and serious, clear organization, strong sense of responsibility, certain ability to work under pressure and strong communication and coordination ability.
